Shipping policy

We ship all our orders through registered courier companies. All orders are dispatched within 24 hours and delivery usually takes 2-4 business days.

All products in glass jars are shipped with adequate protection to ensure that customers don’t receive damaged products. During the summer months, all products that are prone to melting, such as our chocolate-based snacks, are shipped with ice packs to try and ensure that customers receive the product in prime condition.
